Our Team

Sébastien leads Factero and oversees strategic IT direction and governance mandates. His engagements cover interim IT direction, vCIO services, and technology planning for organizations that must decide without in-house expertise. His role is to translate IT challenges into defensible management decisions.

Adel handles mandates with a strong technical component: cloud architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, and complex environments (hybrid, multi-vendor). His technical depth supports Factero's ability to engage at the operational layer when needed.

Valérie leads the human resources and regulatory compliance components of mandates: Law 25 employee-side, Law 27, pay equity, and internal IT-HR policies. She also supports clients in recruitment and placement of qualified resources, particularly for IT leadership and specialized roles.

Emeline is Factero's training partner, through a partnership with CY-clic. She focuses on the human role in maintaining information security and protecting personal data. She also teaches in the cyber investigation certificate program at Polytechnique Montréal and has several years of experience in psychosocial intervention and financial crime within the banking sector.

Marie coordinates mandate execution and carries the firm's visual identity. She ensures operational follow-through between expert partners and clients, and guarantees the consistency of Factero's deliverables.
